Kevin has not only recovered substantial sums on behalf of his clients, but has also instituted changes in corporate operations, safety procedures, and labeling that emphasize corporate responsibility and will in all likelihood save the lives of many.

Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Paul Quinn College where he has since been named Outstanding Alumni of the Year. In addition, Kevin graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in just two (2) years. At the University of Houston, he was selected for the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy and led the Black Law Students Association.

Kevin is licensed to practice in Texas, Arkansas, and the U.S. District Courts in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
