Vaginal Mesh Lawyer & Vaginal Mesh Litigation

On July 13, 2011, The FDA issued a Public Health Notification discussing Serious Complications Associated with Transvaginal Placement of Surgical Mesh in Repair of Pelvic Organ Prolapse and Stress Urinary Incontinence. Read More: http://www.fda.gov/MedicalDevices/Safety/AlertsandNotices/PublicHealthNotifications/UCM061976
Vaginal Mesh is mainly used for the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence.

Over 4,000 adverse events have been reported from vaginal mesh implants to repair pelvic organ prolapse. Due to the growing number of complaints, we are currently reviewing all vaginal mesh injuries for a lawsuit against the manufacturers of this dangerous medical device. Due to the urgency of these cases, we are offering FREE LEGAL EVALUATIONS for all vaginal mesh lawsuits.

Vaginal mesh implants are known to cause:

Mesh erosion through the vagina (also called exposure, extrusion or protrusion)

Pain, infection and bleeding

Pain during sexual intercourse (dyspareunia)

Organ perforation

Urinary problems

There are several manufacturers of vaginal mesh and bladder sling implants, and these manufacturers did not conduct the proper testing to ensure the devices would be safe and effective. The approval process has been widely criticized due to the lack of safety testing, and many people have been injured as a result of unsafe medical devices.

Recently, the Food and Drug Administration has required that these manufacturers conduct extended safety trials on their vaginal mesh implants, and have also warned that the benefits of transvaginal mesh implants might not outweigh the risk of serious side effects from the device.

If you received a vaginal mesh or bladder sling implant and are suffering complications from your surgery there may be legal options available to help you recover compensation for your injuries.
